Message	Unfortunately, here in California, actually, San Francisco, $20,000.00 wouldn't even be a large enough down payment for a garage. Under the current economic condition though, I would dump it into a money market and/or savings. Stocks are just too volatile right now. Give it till the beginning of next year and the stocks may pick back up.
